This Calls for a Mind with Wisdom
This theatrical performance-like chapter dazzled our eyes with the upcoming judgements over ‘Babylon the great’. The apostle old John reminded us the readers in verse 9 – be thoughtful and be mindful.
Be thoughtful that the truth will prevail at last with an eternal promise:
Our Lord Jesus will reign and be victorious and the faithful followers of Him is going to be with Him.
Be mindful that the evil is still out there until the opportune time:
Turbulence is real and costly: the adultery, the beast, the war, and the blood of the saint.
The darkness is joining forces with one purpose: the rise and fall of the kings – for only one purpose to give the power and authority to the beast.
Praise the Lord O my soul. Lord, please help us to have a mind with wisdom as we travel through life’s journey. Remind us that you are the Lord of lords and King of kings and you reign forever! — Ivy Lin
